Seeutek 80cc Bicycle Engine Kit for 26 & 28 Bikes

The Seeutek 80cc bicycle engine kit includes all the necessary parts and instructions to convert your bike, along with a bonus speedometer. However, it's a bit technical and will require time to install, so professional installation is highly recommended. To start, move the choke lever to the "on" position, hold the clutch, pedal the bike fast to gain speed, and then gradually release the clutch. To stop, slow down, disengage the clutch, and apply the original brake (if you didn't remove the left handle brake).

To stop the engine, completely choke the carburetor with the lever on the carburetor. Alternatively, slow down, hold the clutch, and press the kill switch on the twist-grip throttle. All our engines arrive fully assembled, and we take them apart to let customers know the truth inside. We stand behind our product, and if any problems arise, we can solve them in a timely manner.

Please keep in mind that the motor will use a mix of gasoline and oil, with the oil serving as a lubricant. Without it, the performance and longevity of the motor will be reduced. Our engine's magneto comes with three wires, including an additional white wire that can be used for a headlight if needed.

The bicycle engine kit fits most 26" or 28" wheeled bikes, including mountain, cruiser, chopper, and road bikes with a V-frame. The frame should have 9-11" of clearance between the bottom bracket and top bar, and the diameter of the frame tubes should be 25-29mm (around 1"). If the diameter is greater than 1", the universal motor mount is required.

Our 80cc motorized bike kit comes with a classic style analog speedometer, allowing you to monitor and control your motorized bike's speed. The package has been upgraded with foam-safe packaging to protect the engine and oil tank during the delivery process.

The bike engine kit's specifications include a single-cylinder, air-cooled, 2-stroke engine; a 415 model chain with a length of 110 links (55 inches); and a driving ratio of 18:01. The recommended lubrication oil is motorcycle synthetic 2-stroke oil. The fuel type is 93# gasoline, and it's important to use premium quality oils to prolong the engine's life.

The engine's maximum power is 2.2kW at 600 r/min, and the rated power is 1.5kW at 5000 r/min, equivalent to 2.75 HP. The ignition type is CDI. If the new carburetor is leaking oil, take it apart and bend the claw slightly down to solve the issue. If there is no spark plug spark, simply remove the cap.

The engine's air cylinder may take time to adjust to the load, so it's recommended to limit the riding time to a maximum of 1 hour for the first few rides to avoid possible complications. After the breaking-in period, follow the maintenance routine outlined in the instruction manual.

To improve performance, we have upgraded the quality of the hex socket screws and bolts. The rider will need basic hardware skills, tools, and 2-3 hours for installation and fine-tuning adjustments.
